Do you offer a trial

We do not at this time, but we do offer a comprehensive demo you can schedule here

What are your turn-around times?

We take care in our craft, art isn’t an automatic process, and no two projects are the same. We’re open and transparent about our timeframes as much as possible and we thank you for understanding the length of the process is to provide you with the best product possible, not the fastest product possible.

Our average turnaround times are usually:

Standard Requests: 2-3 Studio days New Buildouts: 4-6 Studio Days depending on Buildout type Video + Motion: 1-3 Studio Days

What about a last minute request?

We put a huge value in our designers' time and respect their schedules. Since most of them are a part of their own local church, they're often busy volunteering on saturdays/sundays. Because of this we don't offer last-minute changes/requests. You’ll always have access to the final design files(.psd, .ai, etc.) for your staff/volunteers to make adjustments or new designs when needed.

Do you allow revisions?

We do not offer revisions, instead, we take feedback and your suggestions and apply them to future requests. This way we don't get stuck working backwards, but instead are always moving forward!

Along with good design comes boldness and fearlessness. Part of our goal is to not only create good design, but to create beautiful art. We want to elevate the local church, and put them in a position to be cultural leaders.

When you work with us, you can trust that our design choices are created by the very best. If you’re looking for a designer that will make unlimited revisions for you, our studio is not the best fit for your needs. You wouldn't hire an artist and then ask them to change what they painted. When you choose to partner with us, you’re choosing to trust us for not only for our ability, but also our taste and vision.

Do you provide the .PSD or .AI files?

Almost every project file we create will be available to you! We'll set you up with your own personal dropbox where you can see both the finished files and the projects files, includings any project files that were used to create it. The only exception is when we don't have a license to share the file, for instance some typefaces have restrictions on sharing.

What about big holidays?

We got you covered. We're well aware of the needs that come up around big holidays, and rest assured, you'll be in great hands when it comes time to make those designs. Every church is different but we'll work right with you to get you what you need.

Does this service cover designs for our individual ministries? (e.g. youth, kids, etc.)

While our main focus is on the core church experience, we can make any designs you need!
