Last minute requests

The studio will accommodate rush requests with an additional credit charge on a case by case basis.

We have a Next Day Delivery BETA tool active for clients to use. This tool is limited and is meant for last-minute requests. Currently, clients are limited to 2 of these requests per day. The next-day delivery is based on studio days, the last day to submit a next-day delivery request and receive it by the weekend is Wednesday.

We put a huge value in our designers’ time and respect their schedules. Since most of them are a part of their own local church, they’re often busy volunteering on Saturdays/Sundays. Please keep in mind our active design period when submitting requests. You’ll always have access to final design files (.psd, .ai, etc.) for any staff/volunteers to make adjustments/new designs when needed.
